We are looking for responsible, educated and energetic agents, who can speak fluent English, possess excellent communication skills and have a working knowledge of computers.Selected candidates will be required to communicate with clients based in the US & Canada on the phone. Candidates must have ability to work during night, weekends and holidays.
Required Skills
Following are the requirements. -Must have call center Knowledge and experience. USA experience a plus -Make outbound calls and inbound calls to clients in USA.Must have ability to work under pressure situation. -Excellent written and communication skills. -Must be confident. -Must know how to Use Email, Internet, MS Word, Power Point and Excel. Must have the ability to serve USA-based customers and provide high quality services. - Self motivated, ensure productivity.
